Hospitality Company

of the Year

To have your experiences and skills available to us to coach and guide, to encourage and cajole was just what was needed when we all met. I’m sure it’s all in the preparation, but what we saw when we all met was pretty impressive.

Your insights from the world of commercial performances were invaluable and have provided us with a terrific overview of what we might achieve, and more importantly what we have to address if we are to achieve them.

As you said, there is lots more to do, even to get our strategy formed and on paper in a cohesive form will take us time. Then the hard work of putting it into practice will begin.
